The general terms and conditions governing the relationship between travel agencies and their clientsare prerequisites to all commercial transactions, these conditions are part of the contract, oral or written between Vietnam Original Travel and its customers.
1. Registration and paymentWe are asking for a deposit of 20% of your trip to record your request upon confirmation by bank transfer, in this case, the costs of the transfer at your side. the balance of your trip must be received upon arrival in Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia, you charge the balance either by credit card or cash but is it better to pay in cash. For the payment, thank you for your bank transfer to our accounts as follows:
Payment can be made by the following accepted methods: Credit Card, Cash, Paypal, Wire Transfer, Western Union, Telegraphic Transfer or combination, the bank fee will be charged from customers. Except for cash payment, bank fee charge is not applied.
Online payment by credit card via Onepay system. If you choose this method, we will create a secure link as the invoice.
Offline payment by credit card - just fill in our form with all relevant information and send to us. We usually use this option as a way of warranty booking.
Paypal - very quick and convenient if you have Paypal account.
Payment by bank transfer - this is the safest way and save bank fee too.
Wester Union - the fastest method, pls send us the paiement code after paying by this method

3. Liability Insurance
Vietnam Today Travel is not responsible for damage committed by tourists or for the costs caused by an accident, natural disaster, a political problem. Customers must have an individual travel insurance. Vietnam Today Travel is not responsible for delays or impediments due to air and ground transportation. Vietnam Today Travel will do its best to find an alternative by proposing a solution of similar value. All participants said they agree with the conditions previously described.
4: Cancellation
In case of cancellation by customers in any reason, customer agrees to pay the cancellation fee as follows:
>30 days before departure: Unpaid
>15 - 19 days before departure: 30% of total
>14 - 4 days before departure: 50% of total
>4 days before departure: 100% of the total
This rule is applied to all services booked by customers in Vietnam Today Travel.
5: Complaints
The customer must submit his claim by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 6 days from the date of his return, including supporting documents to be sent to the organizer. Any claim not to have been formulated using the above procedure may be admissible.
6: Formalities
Prior to the contract, the seller informs the customer of the various administrative or health requirements for the execution of the trip (identity card, passport, visa, vaccinations ...). Their performance and costs resulting from obligations to one customer.
7: Hotels
The rules of the international hospitality industry want the participants release their room before noon. The new functions of the rooms are from 14 hours. The classification of hotels in this brochure is not arbitrary and reflects the information we received from our correspondents.
8: Reducing child
Children under 2 years not occupying an aircraft seat individual nor an adult bed, will pay for accommodation and meals on the spot. Children over 2 to 5 years will pay 40% of the adult bed. The tariff will be 60% of the adult in a position of having an extra bed. Children over 5 years is considered an adult (reduction possible => us).
9: Validity
These prices are valid for the duration specified in the pricing, invoice or other document distributed Vietnam Today Travel clients. Vietnam Today Travel guarantees the validity of the charges, invoices or documents delivered to customers at the time of distribution. But prices may be subject to adjustment in certain cases of force majeure (fluctuation in the rate of exchange, tax status newly enacted, etc ...) and with or without notice in advance of us.
